SP 25-01 Reimers Co. Construction Equipment Storage Yard

The applicant is proposing to locate a construction equipment storage yard on a property that already contains an office building for the construction business.  The yard will be about 1.5 acres. 

The application is being processed using a Type II process, which means it will not have a hearing before the Planning Commisison, the review is a staff-level only review.  The 14 day public review period concluded on June 6, 2025, two comment letters were received.
